aromatherapy?

i went to another yoga class this morning.  {two days in a row...this is huge for me!}

because i was a little sore from yesterday's class - my poor hamstrings - i decided to take the gentle class.  the instructor was fabulous & i met some very nice ladies.  i was definitely the youngest person in the class...i was also the least flatulent.

we were somewhere in between rocking our knees from side-to-side and the dead bug pose when someone let one loose {or, as aidan likes to say, "cut the queso."}. 

i told the kids about what happened in class which resulted in the following dialogue:

aidan:  "mom, one of your yogamates farted in class today?"

malia:  "aidan, that's what happens when you strain your muscles.  you run the risk of letting one go!"

i have heard that yoga is good for your digestive system...maybe this morning was proof??
