a blaze of color.

a close-up of one of two pineapple sage plants in our flower beds.  i love the glorious red flowers that sprout up this time of year.  the contrast of the red against all of that green is so beautiful.  and, yes, like the name suggests, this herb has a lovely pineapple-y aroma.

Hi there, I am so sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you! Love that plant, very pretty colors. Back to Mexico--we stayed at the Grand Princess Riviera in Playa del Carmen. It is an all inclusive resort. Very nice place. Would go back there for sure! We did make it to 5th ave, and I spent too much money! The reason I said the town was a little shady is because we were on the wrong side of town, before we knew where everything was. Once we figured it out, it was fine. I would go back again though.
Thanks for stopping by, and I Love your blog!!
XOXO
